This e-bike tour is suitable for anyone who can ride a bicycle confidently. We recommend participants are at least 12 years old and 155 cm tall, as this helps ensure comfort and control on the bike. Basic fitness and good balance are required, as the ride includes traffic, gravel roads, and trails. Please make sure you are comfortable cycling in these conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

We require that all guests need to wear clothes appropriate for the weather, this includes always bringing wind- and waterproof clothes.
