Have you forgotten or lost something on one of our ships? We’ll do our best to match your description with items that have been found on board. If we locate your belongings, we’ll contact you to arrange collection or secure shipping.

Lost & Found

Have you forgotten or lost something on one of our ships? You can report it using our lost property form. We’ll do our best to match your description with items that have been found on board. If we locate your belongings, we’ll contact you to arrange collection or secure shipping.

Registered items are stored for up to 90 days before they are donated, handed over to the authorities, or disposed of. Please note that it may take a few days before newly found items are registered and available for matching.


Important Information

For safety, customs, and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be shipped or brought ashore, including:

  • Food and beverages (including tax-free items)
  • Opened cosmetics or hygiene products
  • Wet clothing or swimwear
  • Dangerous/hazardous and flammable items*
  • Payment cards, cash and identification *
  • Valuables*

*Shipment will be handled in accordance with the relevant transport provider. (may be handed over to the police if required)

Whenever possible, we recommend that you collect personal belongings in person at one of our ports. Please bring valid photo identification when collecting your item.


What happens to unclaimed items?

  • Clothing and textiles may be donated to charities such as Fretex if not collected.
  • Valuables such as passports, wallets, and mobile phones that cannot be linked to an owner or have not been collected may be handed over to the police.
  • Electronics and personal devices that are not claimed will be securely destroyed or recycled.
  • All other unclaimed property will be donated or disposed of in accordance with current regulations.
