From the airport to the ship
Here’s how to chart your course from Bergen Airport (Flesland) to the terminal! The ship departs from: Jektevik Terminal, Nøstegaten 30, 5010 Bergen.
By taxi: Step outside the arrivals hall, and you’ll find taxis ready to take you directly to the terminal. The ride takes about 20–30 minutes.
By light rail (Bybanen): Take Line 1 from Bergen Airport to Byparken station (approx. 45 minutes). From there, enjoy a 20-minute scenic walk through the city or take a short taxi ride to Jektevik Terminal.
By airport bus (Flybussen): You can also take the airport bus from platform A5, right outside the arrivals hall. In about 45 minutes, you’ll arrive at Jektevik Terminal.
Boarding the ship in Bergen

Check-in starts 15:30
Upon arrival at the Jektevik Terminal, you should proceed to the baggage drop area and join the designated boarding line. Our crew will guide you through the embarkation process.
Boarding starts 16:00
Passports or an officially valid ID card (Schengen only) are required. Additionally, a credit card — either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express is needed.
Departure 20:30
Check-in at the terminal ashore takes place between 15:30 and 19:30. You can also check- in on board until 20:15. You are responsible for arriving on time, the ship must keep the route and cannot wait. Therefore, ensure that you have plenty of time when you arrive by plane.
