Tax‑free refund

Can I get VAT back? Yes, on selected purchases if you are resident outside Norway, Sweden, Denmark or Finland. The tax-free refund applies to purchases over NOK 315 in stores that are part of the Global Blue scheme. Simply ask for a tax-free form at checkout and fill it in.

Is the selection the same on every voyage?

Not always. The range of products can vary between ships, seasons and deliveries, so you may find different favourites on different sailings.

Can I try on clothes and accessories?

Yes! There is a fitting room in Havila Shop, and our crew is happy to help you try things on and find the right size and fit for you.

How do I pay in Havila Shop?

You use the same payment options as elsewhere on board. Just bring your key card and our crew will help you charge your purchase quickly and easily.
